Unmoderated comments re-enabled

Now that I have a mechanism to submit comments as spam after being posted, I've decided to allow unmoderated comment posts once more. So your comments will now show up immediately, rather than waiting for me to approve them.

Posting comments via CommentAPI should also work, but I haven't tested it yet.
