The website is live again

After almost a week of inactivity, the website is now live again. The reason for this inactivity is that I have been laboring to fix some emacs-wiki bugs. If I had tried to commit changes to the site while hacking emacs-wiki, there would have been flaming wreckage all over the place.

One mini-feature that I added is the use of a logo in the Missing Page placeholder for any bad links. For example if you click on Website#ThisLinkWhichGoesToAnonExistingPage, you will see what I mean.
