Argh! I still cannot use the internet. In the interim, I have updated a few more things. It is now possible to completely replicate the functionality of this wiki, now that I have included the final two files (header and footer) that I use in Projects: Website Settings. The scripts that I use to copy / mangle / upload this site are found at Projects: Site Scripts.
