I've made my pyblosxom theme available at http://mwolson.org/static/dist/themes/pyblosxom-gray.tar.gz.

For more information, see the README file from the tarball. I'd like to package my pyblosxom plugins, but I haven't made time for that yet. It might also be nice to add this theme to the flavor repository on the Pyblosxom website.
