Projects section and other tweaks

I went through nearly my entire site and made a variety of changes. Most of them reflect the habits I've gotten into while developing the Purdue Linux Users Group Wiki. For example, there is an About section on nearly every page now.

The Projects section has been somewhat revamped. All of the projects that are managed with Arch have their branch names listed and a link to Projects: Project Distribution is given. There are now tarballs for everything except the stuff in the Examples section.

One page that suffered a face lift is the Website: About Me page. I moved the contact information onto Website: Contact Info. Some of the lists I moved onto their own pages to tidy things up.
