Journal reordering and web site scripts

I totally redid the ordering for the journals. Instead of reverse chronological order, the various category pages are now in chronological order. All of the entries on the monthly category pages are also in chronological order. I did it this way because I realized that once an entry moves from Blog::MyJournal to its respective category page, its visitors will want to see a chronological progression of entries rather than a "What's New" sort of order.

In addition, I changed the look of the category pages so that they are a bit nicer. For an example, see Blog::CategoryPersonal. I eventually want to assign an icon for each category.

The Projects: Site Scripts have been updated to use rsync instead of sending a huge tarball through ssh. In other words, it's a whole lot quicker for me to update, a lot less trouble-prone, and uses less bandwidth. You might get a chuckle out of one of the new scripts I added. Or maybe not.

One more thing: I added a Blog::CategoryProjects section for my Blog. It will contain all of the entries that have to do with projects that I am developing. This way, I can set the groundwork for something I can submit to Planet Debian.
