Akismet considered helpful

I installed an akismet plug-in for pyblosxom on my blog yesterday, and I have yet to receive a spam comment. I did a sanity check to see whether it would accept my own comments, and it seems to. I'll give it a week, and if I'm really impressed with it still, I might even remove the moderation queue so that comments get posted immediately.
