OLPC available for "Give 1 Get 1" starting Nov 12

According to http://www.xogiving.org/, it will be possible to buy an OLPC laptop starting November 12. It's possible to sign up for an email reminder on that page. The idea is that you pay $399, get a laptop, and also have them send another laptop to a child in a developing nation.
