After hacking on this show-stopping problem with interwiki links like this one: Projects: Welcome page for about 3 hours, I finally was able to fix the problem. If you haunt the emacs wiki mailing list (or view the list using gmane around this place) you can see the lovely patch and changelog entry for yourself.

It rained hard when I came out of the computer lab, having just printed out my new schedule. I was happy. The rain matched my mood so perfectly; how could I help but enjoy it? It made me want to shout, I am Hacker, fear me!
