Today's featured Atari game is Euchre. This 1-player game was my first exposure to Euchre. It prepared me later in life for playing the game at various summer camps.
See the Euchre Wikipedia article for an explanation of the rules of the card game — I won't describe them in detail here. The computer game did not have the "stick the dealer" rule or the wussy (IMNSHO) "Farmer's hand" option, but it did permit going alone. At the beginning of the game, you get to choose whether your partner and opponents are "normal" or "aggressive". I have had the best luck with normal opponents and an aggressive partner.
One visual bug of the game occurred when one team scored more than 11 points. The numbers would overfill the score area in this case.
If you took to long to make a move, the screen would start changing colors.

The game doesn't have any sounds.
