I wasn't quite satisfied with my October Break, since I didn't get to do much reading. I remedied that yesterday and this morning by reading 4 newly-obtained manga volumes from the Genshiken series. It has been a very long time since I've read that much new manga in a row (when I read volumes consecutively, it's always old stuff). Taken together with 3 hours of PAC and 1 hour of the Weird Al Show, it made for a very happy time.

Fall really is my favorite season. I like the colors, the cooler (but not frigid) temperatures, the seasonal foods (apple cider, pies), and the light melancholy. I also like being able to wear a jacket or a loose coat — Fall provides much more opportunity than Spring for this.
