Poor Man's Frappuccino

I used to be in the habit of getting Frappuccinos from the grocery store. The problem is that they're so expensive, especially considering how few liquid ounces you're getting.

One of my roommates has a coffeemaker this year, so I tried to compose something that, while not perhaps cloning the Frappuccino recipe exactly, comes close enough to satisfy my plebeian tastes.
